Hey Folks!

Well, this year has been a hell of a year so far – BUT, one of the mainstays has been the had work and camaraderie of all the awesome people that come out to compete at this event. Though it’s often a decent amount of work, the day is always a blast and it’s always a good time hanging with everyone from near and far.

This year things will be different, and the same. Different, in that we can’t hold the physical event – COVID has done a number of socializing and large events, and it isn’t quite finished yet – BUT – it will be the same in that we can all tune in and see each others faces, and throw down en masse to what looks to be a beauty of a WOD (if I do say so).

For those who are still interested in supporting a great cause, please look to this link – where you can donate directly to the Janis Foligno Foundation (or feel free to donate your money wherever you’d like). We thank you all for your generosity in the past and look forward to continuing to grow the event into the celebration of community and fitness it is.

Please join us on Zoom at 9am on the following link: https://zoom.us/j/92331427218

We’re excited to see everyone out and have a good time getting sweaty and uncomfortable (on purpose)! Stay Healthy Friends!
