Hey Folks!

Great work this weekend – if you’ve already completed 18.5 – Congrats!  You finished the 2018 CrossFit Open! :)  If you’re in our intramurals – come on out on Thursday night for a fun group/team WOD (more fun/less complicated than last year) and some delicious food and drinks!  We’ll crown the winners & officially wrap things up before Easter weekend begins!

Note:  We’re going to be closed on Good Friday & Easter Sunday – but open for normal hours on Monday :)

Coaches Notes:

This week will be a little lighter – so if things aren’t feeling lighter, you can make them that way (highly recommended if you’ve been doing the open).  That being said, feel free to dial it back a little on the WOD today, and maintain a steady pace (versus a break-neck pace).

30 seconds rest
1 minute max box jump, no rebounding
30 seconds rest
1 minute max air squats
30 seconds rest
