Hey Folks!
Boom – Open officially-officially over! :) Affiliate owners have until wednesday at 8pm to validate scores, so you may still see your placing change over the next couple days – just an FYI.
How that that’s over with – take a few days to take it easy, address those tight spots, and get some extra high quality sleep/recovery work (chiro, physio, massage, hot tub, sauna, etc.)
This is a great time to reflect on your strengths and weaknesses, and talk to your coach about what you’d like to achieve over the following month/quarter/year. We can help put something together for you that jives with our programming. Don’t wander off into secret squirrel program world – there’s no gains to be had there. I’ve seen too many good people wander down that road only to find them lost, dehydrated and covered in burrs. Ask for some help and you will get it ;) If you’re shy, email me or whoever your coach is :)
Open Intramurals WRAP UP PARTY – Thursday night at 6pm. At the gym. Fun team WOD and then drinks and food. Come on out and have some fun!

Coaches Notes:
Pulling strength! No kipping. Take the time to get strong. Then you can accidentally do pullups/chest-to-bar/bar muscle ups ;) Annie! We did something very similar last week – all that double under practice should pay off. Have at it, stay calm, and move with purpose. Stay tall on the dubs and keep those hands down and slightly forward, and elbows in.
