Hey Folks!

Good work on the back to back benchmark WODs the last couple days.  The legs have been taxed – and hopefully you guys had some fun at the same time.  You guys looked GOOD during those cleans today.  Just sayin’.

Apologies for the asphalt smell in the gym/clinic – but I don’t run the roofing company.  Hopefully, it’s only this week that we’ll experience it.  The roofers have actually been nice about things – not much they can avoid as far as cutting down on the smell.  It might inspire you to finish your workout faster though!

Come on out Tonight (Thursday night) and throw down a super fun WOD – then enjoy some delicious food and mingle with some other cool people :)  Should be a pretty good time!

Coaches Notes:

A good challenge for you guys!  You’ll likely want to break up the toes to bar (challenge to Sara not to!), but otherwise keep moving and have fun.  This will be a good one to practice staying relaxed and calm while exerting yourself.  The more loose and relaxed you are in the muscles that aren’t being used, the easier it’ll be to keep moving and breathing to keep up with your output level.
