Hey Folks!

That workout didn’t take as long for you guys as I thought it would!  You guys are so fit.  Thanks to Meredith for bringing in the pie today – it was delicious.  We’ve got a great week of training coming up with some classic CrossFit action.

Coaches Notes:

Don’t kill yourself on the HSPU’s.  If you have less than 5 strict ones, opt to do them off a box – it’ll help develop your HSPU better that way.  On the WOD – there isn’t too much to chat about.  Go the reps – keep breathing.

Gymnastics:

3 rounds
max strict HSPU + 10 rep kipping
rest as needed between rounds

Conditioning – “Cardio B”

40 Double unders
12 push-ups
16/12 calorie row
