Great work today – it was an epic lung burn. Felt very similar to 18.1 to me.

Coaches Notes:
Jerk practice! It’s been a while, so spend some time doing some warm up sets. Pause in the receiving position during all your warm up sets as it’ll help reveal where you’re tight, and where you’re making any mistakes. One the WOD – It’s a long one, but you’ll be getting rest – will be quite the conundrum. Steady cleans followed by burpees at a “break neck” pace. then rest hard and work on recovering the breath.
