It got LATE!  Sorry I haven’t been getting the WOD up by 8 like I used to back in the day.  We’ve been a little busy lately (which isn’t a complaint!) – but we’ve got some good stuff going on these days :)  Thanks to everyone for being awesome as usual – as well as gutting it out during 150 wall balls yesterday!

Coaches Notes:

Pair up with a friend and break the WOD up however you like.  It’s a gnarly one, so be a little strategic, but most importantly, have a blast

Partner WOD – Grab a partner and attack:

Seven rounds of:
• 7 Handstand push-ups
• 135/95 pound Thruster, 7 reps
• 7 Knees to elbows
• 245/165 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
• 7 Burpees
• 7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
• 7 Pull-ups
