Great work today – first official running WOD in the books for 2018. Hopefully, if you played around on the TrueForm you noticed how much easier it is to run outside. It was super nice outside, and the company was great, that’s for sure.

Coaches Notes:
Go by feel for the front squats today. Perfect form is a must, and I would consider doing a tempo on the way down. Tempo front squats are a good tool for improving most things. The WOD will feel very similar to last week (though not as long). “high” is a relative term for the box jumps. Try to land high too, if possible. Don’t trust that first jump – over-jump it to make sure you land in a good position.

12 high Box jump, no rebounding
