Great work today – it looked like a beauty grind.  Real mental toughness WOD eh?  there was a good crew of people in to attack that WOD.  It was actually pretty fun to watch.  Love watching you guys kick ass.

Coaches Notes:

1RM day!  Yesssss.  Test out your back squat, and your max set of STRICT pull ups.  Then attack that WOD.  Another “low key” WOD for you guys (the flexible rest will be “nice”).

Find a new 1RM Back Squat

Testing – Pull ups!

Find your max set of strict pull ups

Conditioning – “Poor Taylor”

5 rounds
10 front squats (95/65)
10 push press (95/65)
rest 30-60 seconds (Enough that you can do both movements unbroken)
