Great WOD today – that heavy wall ball was a little difference maker eh? I don’t know many that actually “wanted” to pick it up right away. Nice little mental test for us :)
I can’t say I have much experience even watching Mr. Rogers Neighbourhood, but the stories I’ve seen online about him both on and off the set, are pretty unreal. This likely stands to be a pretty awesome documentary/movie!

It looks like a fun little grind. I can’t say I’ve ever done this one. I didn’t know Jen personally, but it sounds like she touched a lot of people back in the GTA CF community.
