Coaches Notes:

Squats!  Yessss.  Just in case your bums weren’t sore at all.  Then a nice burn on some snatches and burpees.  You’re going to love it.  Don’t get lazy on those snatches – keep the hips down!

Squat Warm up:

Squats with bands around knees.
3 EMOM-6.
Pause in the bottom for 3 seconds each time.

Squats!

Back Squat for load:
5 sets of 10 @ 50%
Every 90 seconds.

Conditioning – “Cotton Candy”

Amrap 10 minutes
12 power snatch 115/75
12 burpees
