Hey Folks!
Boom – Wall ball city is OVER (at least for a couple days). Hopefully those awkward, unilateral deadlifts helped you feel awesome, and sore in all sorts of odd places (which hopefully includes your hammies).
We’re 1 week closer to the battle. SO exciting. If Kristin and Lisa seem mildly on edge, it’s because they’re doing most of the work (read: all). So be extra nice to them. Maybe even give them a sneak attack hug when they least expect it. :)
The days are warming up, which means more sweat and happiness. Sweat is generally ok (though we don’t mind if you want to tidy up any particularly sweaty areas), but blood is kinda gross. We know it isn’t common, but with the occasional hand tear, make sure you wipe all your equipment down. We try to follow you guys around with the lysol, but it’s easiest if we all tidy our own doorstep, as Mother Theresa would say.

Coaches Notes:
Fun little Partner WOD! Yessss. The YGIG format means you should be givin’ ‘er. Dial in the form on the deadlifts though, they’re heavy, so don’t be lazy about it. If your back is lit up from the split deads from yesterday, talk to the coach about potential subs.
Conditioning – “Sugar & Spice”
With a Partner – You go, I go style.
