Hey Folks!

Great work today – some blown up shoulders today!  You guys are looking great – and seeing lots of improvements lately in the gym!  Tomorrow is the last day to fill the rest of the achievement board.  So try a backflip, or maximum number of high fives in a minute, or something else you’ve never done before.

If you’re competing this weekend.  Probably a good idea to take today as a half effort, and then take Friday off completely, or work on simple skills and some light cardio and mobility.

The goal is fun, skill work, and a little bit of engine.  You’re going to love it.

Partner WOD – “60 Million Dollars!?”

20 Rounds for time (10 rounds each, alternating movements):
While one Partner does a 15/12 Cal Bike
The other Partner does 1 Rope Climb

So total per person is 10 rope climbs and 150/120 Cals on the bike (shhhh, don’t read this part)
