Nice sprints today!  You guys looked focused, and powerful.  Some really nice looking cleans went down today.  Stoked with how that whole workout went.  I hope you all enjoyed it :)

Coaches Notes:

Nice little lung burn coming up for ya.  Set a steady pace and keep moving.  This will mostly come down to how fast you feel like running.  If you want an added challenge, and have a weighted vest, feel free to wear one :)

30 American Kettlebell Swings (50/35)
1000m run (do the 800 plus 200)
20 burpee pull ups (CAN be a burpee into jumping pull up, i.e. a low pull up bar)
