Hey Folks!
Boom – mental toughness and a half. You guys impress me every day. So I’ve ordered the equipment necessary to test body fat at a segmental level, or whole body only level (the segmental would include the whole body). Once I get it in, I’ll test it out on Kristin and myself, and if we don’t like what it says, I’ll send it back. ;) In all seriousness though, I should be able to start setting folks up later next week to get tested if they’d like. There will be options to get set up with just the test, or to do the test as part of coaching in how to improve the info we find from it. Thanks to everyone that answered the FB post I put up about it. I wouldn’t have bothered looking into it if there was something in the city, somewhere that could accurately tell us where people are – but as far as I know there isn’t anything (LU’s dunk tank, and maybe Science North’s dunk tank – but the dunk tank does have it’s own set backs and limitations).

Coaches Notes:
it’s meant for fun. You might also accidentally go really fast and plank a lot. Just sayin’. :)
Partner WOD! – Partner Chelsea:
EMOM 30 minutes
one partner does 1 round of Chelsea while the
other holds a plank.
Once partner 1 is done the work, partner 2
can stop the plank.
***This means both people can rest once the partner doing a round of Cindy finishes it.
1 round Chelsea in 1 minute =
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
***Scale reps or difficulty as necessary to ensure some amount of rest each round.
