Hey Folks!

That was a fair amount of planking eh?  And a realistic amount of Cindy/Chelsea rounds.  Something about partner WODs is just more fun.  HEY, if you’re new(er) to the gym, and you haven’t met everyone yet, make it in on those partner WOD days and cozy up to someone you haven’t met yet – something about suffering along with someone helps to build a solid bond.  Next thing you know, this is you and them:

We’re closed on Monday, but Saturday and Sunday are our normal old hours.  We’ll have a sexy Canada WOD for you friends too.  You’ll want a partner for it.  But, like I said… just show up and we’ll find one for you if we need to.

Coaches notes:

The HSPU’s will be a little odd.  If they feel too weird, you can do normal ones.  Still strict though!  The WOD is going to come down to running and willingness to suffer.  If it’s too much time-wise, or running volume-wise – you can sub in the bike (for 800m), or shorten the distance.  Goal is consistent movement.

Gymnastics:

5 Sets:
3-5 Strict Handstand push ups with one hand elevated (you choose which weight plate to put down to elevate one hand)

Conditioning – “Wheelin’ and Dealin'”

5 rounds for time:
run 400m
20 Dumbbell snatches (50/35)
