Great work today hustling on the runs – Even in making it through each round in the same time, I felt less and less recovered after each round. 8 rounds was perfect. Hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I did!

Coaches notes:
Stand to the side of the box and step up onto it then back down (you can leave the up leg up for your set each time if you’d like). The WOD should be hard on the lungs, but the rest is significant enough that you should hopefully be able to push hard through those 3 minutes each time. Try not to coast on the rower.
