Coaches Notes:

Looking for a 1RM deadlift!  You may have just PR’d, but give it a shot today and you might surprise yourself.  The Snatch is light, but don’t let that convince you that it’s a good idea to just flex through your spine – keep the back flat and use those legs and hips.  Make some decisions with regards to the snatch and ttb and your grip lasting.  If your hands are wrecked, choose to do V-ups.

Toes to bar or V-UPS
Power snatch (75/55)
